Go somewhere else! Go somewhere else! I went to Santa Fe on 12/21/10 to have a remote starter in a 2002 Grand Am. When I initially talked to them on the phone, I was told it would "take a couple of hours." Since this was a Christmas present, I decided to wait rather than drop off the car and ruin the surprise. When I arrived, I was told it would be 4 hours. So I waited and waited and waited. 7 hours after I arrived, I finally got to leave - of course without the starter. They never could get the starter to function, blaming ... read more

Santa Fe Auto Sound First of all, I think Santa Fe Auto Sound is a great place to buy a new car stero system and they are great place to get your stero installed. I was shopping around at the major electronic stores and thought the prices were just too high. I asked a friend where he got his done and he told me about Santa Fe Auto Sound. I went up to the place without an appointment and began looking around and I noticed that they had the same type of stereos as the other major stores but they were much cheaper. I picked out... read more

A great place with awesome people!!! I've been coming to Santa Fe Auto Sound for years now. They are the most knowledgeable place in the city for great car audio. I recently had a new sound system installed with a full security and remote start system. They let me listen to my own music when I compared speakers and came out to my car to describe everything that would be done before they started. It was everything that I was wanting for my car and sounds amazing too. Thanks for another great experience guys! I'll be back.

Not happy this time Santa Fe Audio just did the my 350Z. It was the third and probably last of three vehicles I'll let them touch. The first car went well. The second not quite as well, but ok. This time was awful. It took them 3 times to get it right. That meant 3 lost Saturdays to me. They scratched my door and dash panels, forgot to reconnect my seat heaters and emergency flashers and on the first try, tried to hand me back the car when the install wasn't done. This was a result of both the salesman's and installer's unfa... read more

Not so fast ya''ll. Maybe over 10 years ago but their best installers are no longer there. This place is a rip off. I wanted to give them my business with a full install and purchasing equipment. I stated that I was on a budget and needed a amp, sub, speakers, and a processor with an EQ. The problem started with the processor. Recommended was the JL Cleansweep OEM CL-441dsp. I was told that I could not use my volume control on the steering wheel with this device and needed a separate volume knob installed somewhere. This was... read more
