We contacted Rodrigo to cater our wedding reception. He was amazing to work with. Honest and fair pricing. He was flexible with changes that popped up. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! We had about 120 people at the wedding. They served carnitas, shrimp and hazel dell mushroom tacos with fresh tortillas on beans and rice. A lovely salsa, pico, salsa verde and avocado to top it. Chef Rodrigo was PHENOMENAL to work with! His carne asada, guacamole and vegetarian tacos helped make our daughter's vet school graduation party a huge success! We are beyond pleased. We will absolutely hire him again! 💯
I had Santa Elenas for the first time recently and was so impressed. The meat was incredible and the vegetarian tacos had just as much flavor which is always so appreciated. The chef/owner was super friendly and helpful in deciding what to get as well. Highly recommend.
Chef Rodrigo made us some of the best tacos we have ever had. We had the carnitas tacos and went back for seconds. Can’t wait to have some more tacos when he is back in Wellington. 5 star for sure.
Tried this food truck while at Timnath Beerwerks and was blown away. All the food was awesome and great service. Definitely try this food truck!
