The surface department is absolutely awesome.They got me in it and got me i think about my tire fixed not once but twice because I got two different nails in it with no issues at all.They are the best service department.I've ever dealt with at any dealership.

I've always been met with a smile by all the employees. Any time I've taken my vehicle in for servicing I was made aware of any extra item that should be taken care of, giving me the option to say yes or no. If I said no I was not pressured into changing my mind. I've never had a surprise on my invoice.

I had an exceptional experience with Toyota's service department. I dropped off my car the night before, and I was thrilled to receive a message the very next morning informing me that the repairs were completed — all in less than 24 hours! What's more impressive is that the service was completely free of charge. The process was incredibly easy and hassle-free, from sending my car in to getting the timely updates. Kudos to the team for their efficiency, professionalism, and excellent customer care. Highly recommend!

Back to back, rough, expensive service at this location. I’ve owned my Tacoma for 5 years since new, and been very diligent about maintenance. I have never had such a difficult time getting the maintenance I need done on my truck. This dealer will sell you their “preferred plans” for service far ahead of intervals, and charges a premium for these bundled services.
