I had a good experience buying the car at this dealership. Robin and Abel were professional and friendly during the sales and delivery process. The finance department was mostly good, with no pressure selling for any add-ons. Mine was a straightforward transaction, so it involved signing a bunch of papers. There was a miscommunication in their internal communication that could have been handled more smoothly. Overall, a good experience!
Muy cómoda la asistencia y excelente servicio si deseas esperar allí. 100% recomendado
Misael, Tom, Mickey and Pablo are such good people! We’ve bought 2 cars from them over the past year and have had a wonderful experience. The very nice lady at the front desk as well is a gem, thank you Santa Cruz Toyota!
