I scheduled an oil change on my new 2026 4runner. This is the first time I have used the service department. Pablo, the assistant service manager, was very helpful and they had my 4runner ready in about 1.5 hours. Only complaint is there were some greasy marks on the hood and a few drops of oil on the engine around the dip stick and a few more near the top of radiator which was very disappointing to see.
Efficient service center. Pablo was helpful and made the decision to have a tech go with me in my car to diagnose the noise problem. The technician, Jeffrey Rodriquez was knowledgeable and friendly.
