My elderly mother gets told by this dealership that she would have to pay for recall work.. when it takes minutes to look up the VIN in the system and confirm if the works needed or not.. tells her to bring the paper letter with her.. wasting her and my time having to hear about it. I used to be a fan of this dealership for the service of my vehicle, but just recently had an experience which will forever keep me from coming back or ever buy a vehicle from them. Long story short, they tried to upsell me into a $7,322 dollar repair/maintenance they said was needed "sooner than later." They falsely reported that the headgaskets and cam carriers were leaking oil, and the rear brakes were measured at a 3.
