I have been going to this gym for about 2 years now and I was greeted with the most amazing community ever. The people here are kind and supportive and are always happy to spot you and or give tips and tricks. This gym has been foundational to my development in fitness and character. I would highly recommend popping in for a day pass or checking out some of the classes they have available.
This gym had an incredible atmosphere and the staff was so welcoming! Thank you Michael and team for putting on an incredible and well organized event for our first time powerlifter with Forge Your Own Story. We hope to be back someday for another event or just workout with you guys! Thanks again!
