Alexis, yes, Molly and Luna are as wonderful as you've said and more. Molly is a very caring neighbor and friend. She is a resident here. Sadly, the management staff is nothing like her. They are nice only until you rent and move into the apartment. You won't notice until after you've moved in, that they've merely painted the countertops and spray painted the tub and shower walls to give the illusion of having been upgraded. Molly is absolutely wonderful! She makes the laundry experience so much easier and more enjoyable with her kind personality and attention to detail. She’s always professional, efficient, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. What makes the visit even better is her sweet dog, Luna. Luna is such a calm and friendly companion, and her presence brings so much joy. Michelle was the sweetest most thoughtful property manager I have ever met. Even though she wasn’t able to help me with the specific information I was needing she still considered me and followed up with more information to better assist me. Definitely in great hands here someone give this lady a raise

Yolanda has terrible customer service, I called to get a referral and she is no help. Not patient and doesn’t speak Spanish in a Hispanic community.
