Not only did plumber Jasper not show up at 10:00 am as scheduled, when I called the company at 10:30, they said I wasn’t even on the schedule, though the appointment had been confirmed by the receptionist several days ago. Shane called me hours later, and was rude and unprofessional. Never again! There are far better plumbing companies in this town.
I had a residential plumbing issue that I lived with for some time because I thought it would be a much bigger problem than it was. SC Plumbing (Anne and Jasper) were super easy to work with and explained what was likely happening with my system - Jasper was on time and worked clean/fast. The service exceeded my expectations and I will be happy to use SCP in the future.
Very helpful and knowledgeable! Were quick to respond and went out of their way to solve my plumbing issue.
Easy and professional every step of the way. Jasper has made two trips to our house and has been fantastic and friendly each time. Great local business!
