Not only did plumber Jasper not show up at 10:00 am as scheduled, when I called the company at 10:30, they said I wasn’t even on the schedule, though the appointment had been confirmed by the receptionist several days ago. Shane called me hours later, and was rude and unprofessional. Never again! There are far better plumbing companies in this town.
