Back in early June I noticed that our back flow had a leak. So, I checked with the person who does our back flow testing and he sent me a list of those he thought would be good to do the repair. I followed up on a few of those and I was able to get four different quotes. Called by management company to solve failed sump pump.came out Thursday and found failed sump pump:failed to keep Friday appt.Did not return calls Friday ,Saturday or Sunday .On Monday major storm flooded all three garages causing major damage. Called again by management company and only then came back to replace pump. Now have a water mitigation service to determine how many thousands of dollars to solve situation.
