My company has a relationship with Rocket mortgage which provides “VIP” service so I was pretty sure I’d end up going with them. I reached out to Jessie as well in order to have a little room to negotiate when Rocket came back with a quote. I wanted to make an offer on a new home without a sale contingency on my current one.
