I was traveling with a married couple, and planned on just sleeping on the floor in the room, as only a one bed was available. I asked for extra pillows and blankets, and was refused. They said that they wouldn't give me a pillow or blanket for the floor because they were worried about me writing a poor review about sleeping on the floor. However, the floor was fine, it was their refusal to provide a pillow that was rude. They also refused to upgrade our room to more beds. They were rude, and passive aggressive.
