Excellent customer service, would do business with them again
called came out the next day. We had a Wi-Fi thermostat put on. Nice guy would call and use this company again. Hard to find good honestpeople.
The technician was at my house first thing in the morning, identified the problems, photographed the problem, showed it to me, and made the repairs. Friendly knowledgeable technician. Cleaned up the unit, installed a new filter all for a reasonable price.
Communication was very poor, I call them cause they installed my unit, my AC wen out only after 5 years of new installation.turn out I had to pay for paper work due to a part with insurance $195 and after a week my AC went off again and they charged me again $140 for another problem. I had to ask for proof of payment cause I didn’t even know what I was being charged for.
Great service trustworthy highly recommend
