I had a great experience with Santa Cruz Heating and Cooling. I tried using one of those big chain HVAC companies and they charged me to "fix my heater" and left it broken. I had to call Santa Cruz to come to my rescue. He has been in the business. He has experience. He is knowledgeable. He took his time diagnosing the problem and tried to fix my HVAC system starting with the cheapest solution, and moving forward from there.
