I hired Sage to rebuild a 10x10 redwood deck attached to a manufactured home, as well as to repair a small amount of dryrot and water damage around the exterior of the home. He did a meticulous job in rebuilding the deck, resulting in a deck far better and more cleanly constructed than the deck it replaced. Sage was very easy to work with and worked very efficiently. I would definitely hire him again for any handyman tasks - but especially for repair/rebuild of redwood decks.

We brought Sage in for a multitude of tasks, from hanging screen doors and dog doors to ripping out flooring. He was so efficient, honest, and capable, we brought him back the next day to keep going! He has the tools, the knowledge, and the ability to tackle whatever you put in front of him, and if he doesn't, he will let you know up front. So easy to communicate with. Highly, highly recommend.

Sage singlehandedly managed a fairly large deck rebuild and building touch-up for me. He was reliable, easy to work with, and did excellent work. I wasn't on site to manage the project but Sage handled everything from materials selection to coordinating with tenants to hauling away debris. I couldn't be happier with his work. Highly recommend if you want confidence in a job well done!

I found Sage, the business owner, via Yelp and Google and he has been such a blessing for the property that I manage for my clients. He has a fantastic skill set and is able to see things that I don't but that are important and I really appreciate his insight. He also won't b.s. you if he thinks something is out of his wheelhouse but always has suggestions on how to deal with any issues. His work has been absolutely stellar on everything he's done for me/us.
