Made phone call after repairs had been done and remote didn’t work. Had very pleasant call with Kathy who solved the problem. I just needed more instruction.
Super speedy service. We just bought a house in the mountains this year. Called about a part for our freestanding wood stove. They didn’t have it on hand but helped me get it ordered and shipped to the store. All in less than a week! I believe the gal in the office who helped me was Linda or Cathy(?)- anyway, she was super helpful!! We’ll definitely use them for anything else we may need going forward.

I've had a lot of issues with my hot tub lately and hiring this company to sort them all out has been the best decision ever. I'd like to specifically point out my experience with both Linda and Miguel. Linda is incredibly caring and has taken the time to follow up consistently as she worked with Miguel to coordinate appointments for various repairs. She's also simply a joy to talk to.
