Dr. Heit is a great local business owner and dentist, and truly cares about the quality of his patients experience. I had a wonderful first visit followed by a really terrible interaction with a receptionist regarding a billing issue because they are a Premier provider as opposed to a PPO. After getting the message to Dr. Heit about my frustration and disappointment for how I was treated, he called and spoke with me at length, resolving the issue with warmth and understanding.
