Well before it was the best place to get a car wash, I joined the VIP program, now they just don't put enough effort into detail, three times now I've asked them to vaccum under my car mats and they don't, they vaccum the top without removing them, last time they left my door open and the interior got all wet, then today when they didn't vaccum as I brought it to the managers attention he referred me to the other two car washes in Santa Cruz county
They always go above and beyond. I love it that my kids can watch the cars coming through but more importantly my car is always beautiful afterward. They take care of their customers that for sure and with a 6 and 4 year old my car can look war torn. Thank you Cruz car wash!
Prices have gone up to the point where I'll wash it myself
Been coming here for Years..great place only thing that is a bummer now no more cash back for tips� I have to remember to go to bank first!
Decent car wash a lot better than penguin at hollister but .. i paid for the 40$ one & my chrome tips looked like shit as well as my rear diffuser ..
Best place in the county. Fair prices on all services and the vehicle is always done in a timely manner.
