Santa Cruz Auto Body was a delight to work with. They set realistic expectations as to when my car would be ready. They sent me frequent updates via texts to let me know what was happening. They worked with my insurance company to handle the claim and when I picked up my car it was detailed looking like new. In addition they went out of their way to make sure that my rental, which I left there, was returned in a timely fashion.

Well I ended up here because somebody hit my car and smashed up the bumper, less than a month before we are moving abroad (needing to sell the car and everything). So needless to say it was not the best circumstances. But the folks at Santa Cruz Auto Body were helpful and professional, clearly communicated my timeline for repairs, and even cleaned and *vacuumed* my very neglected car interior.
