Went for my appointment for an ear cleaning, took less than 10 min and did a quick hearing check. They are amazing and highly recommend them if you live in the SCV area
It is refreshing to meet a person of any profession as we reach out in life for help or guidance who truly seems to care about the people they serve. To me, Dr. Veloz is one of those rare individuals.
Dr Velez is friendly, caring and a great listener to my hearing issues. She was very complete and professional giving my hearing examination. She took the time to explain my test results and offered several suggestions for my next steps. I had my written hearing results the same evening as the test. I highly recommend her!
I've been trying hard, but can't seem to think of any way I could be more pleased with my experience at Santa Clarita Hearing Center. Professional, Efficient, Polite, Friendly, ___(fill in the blank!) The only downside is that now I can hear when a mouse scurries about in the attic....of the house next door.
