Incredibly surprised to see any negative reviews. Dr. Vadapalli has been known for years to be the BEST ENT doctor in the SCV. Just about everyone takes their children, and even adults, to get their tonsils out by him. My husband has loved him for years, and now I’m his patient too! Very happy.
Went to see Dr Vadapalli today he was the first of 4 ENT that I’ve seen this last year that actually took the time to listen to my concerns and give me some answers for what was going on with my throat.
GREEDY...Never again. Over charges cash paying clients. $180 just to get ear wax cleaned out. Then I had to cancel an appt I had made. I called the day before at exactly 2:44pm to cancel my appointment that was for the next day at 2:10pm. They operator said I will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Apparently they have a 24hr cancellation policy. SERIOUSLY. I was over by 34 minutes. What’s with the greed jeez.

It's only a one star because I have had prior history with Mr. Vadapalli. He should be really getting a zero. It's very disappointing to me that an individual who is responsible for treating patients would rather lose patients because of monetary greed. I had an issue with my nose and was told I had a deviated septum. Once I found that out, I asked their office for a physicians note in order to be put on limited work activity for my work as I have to basically gown in a hazmat suit for my job.
