They handle all my insurance claims efficiently. Staff is friendly and helpful
They requested a Head cat scan for my head after I came in complaining about my THROAT!!!! This is no joke to make money instead of doing what is needed for the client!!! Some people have serious issues that they don’t have time to waste! I’m beyond upset over how this was handled.
The Palmdale office looks lovely and the staff are nice enough. It is weird that they require a credit card on file. But the reason for the 1 Star is how inefficient the office is. They book appointments for their back of the office stuff. I got a notification I had an appointment, which in fact did not. I had to call to “cancel” said appointment for fear that I would be charged. Only to be told that was for their staff. But they threaten you with a cancellation free if you miss an appointment. I went in for a follow up from a procedure to see how everything healed up and Dr. Daryoush Saadat charged my insurance as a 2nd procedure because he used a tool to see how I healed. So they charged me for an appointment and a procedure??? The whole appointment took about 2o minutes. My bill was almost $600 to look in my nose for 30 seconds. Shady billing choices. SCent would not change their billing now in stuck with a crazy bill ( I wouldn't have came in if I sound have known) disappointed.
