Very helpful people. Last few years had to make several trips because of new home purchase and prop 90. Everyone was extremely nice and went beyond just helpful.

The city should change final due date to April 15th, not April 10th, in line with the other tax bills. It’s extremely deceiving to have property tax due 5 days prior to state and federal tax. I’m sure many log in to pay their taxes on what they think is on-time, before April 15th only to find hundreds of dollars if not thousands to be assessed. Easy money for the city I guess to play such games. How they still don’t have the funds to pay basic infrastructure repairs with such games is quite the feat. 👏

As many others have noted, extremely unprofessional woman on the phone. About 3 months after I sent my tax bill I got a notice from the post office saying they couldn't deliver my check for some unknown reason and a photocopy of the check. I also got around the same time a notice from the tax office that I hadn't paid my tax and I was charged a late fee. I called the office and got a very sarcastic person.
