People in the leasing office were nice most of the times, but upon moving out when you go in and ask to clarify the massive move out charges they became very rude. They look at you like "whatever you say whatever you have proof of we dont care, you just got to pay". They switched out of of the room carpet claiming its ruined with a big stain.
