The front desk staff at this clinic was unprofessional, rude, and the entire appointment process for my immigration physical was poorly managed and frustrating. I confirmed via text a day prior that I had all required documents, and the clinic acknowledged this. Dr Lin is extremely friendly and professional, he made the medical checkup process easy and painless: there’s step-by-step guide on what documents are needed and his staff made it clear what medical proof is needed before scheduling the appointment (so you do not waste time). Not to mention, his fees are reasonable and turnaround time for results is fast (within a week).
Highly recommend Dr. Lin for the USCIS exam. He has 25 years of experience in this. Best price in the area. They are not trying to rip off your money at all. Great experience visiting Dr.Lin’s office. They provide detailed instructions on their website and the staff is very helpful in answering any questions. Also, seem very well organized. Dr. Lin seemed very thorough with the examinations, review and also was very patient and helpful in answering any questions. They have a private parking lot. Would definitely recommend this practice.
