I have had SCCIPA for a few years and have had no problem with them for the most part. They are difficult to get a hold of sometimes, and that is a bad mark for them. They should work on fixing that problem. However, if you can get thru, the staff is very polite and helpful. I try to call between noon and 2pm when doctor offices are closed. Another issue is that when they send you the authorization forms, they come with different language pages that are useless to me and a waste of paper. Poorly run. Their find-a-provider tool does not work. I tried calling multiple times and no one has responded to my voicemails. I cannot get the care I need. Just awful. UPDATE on 5/2025: They have no method to leave a voicemail now, even during business hours. The automated voice just says to "call back later." WOW! How is this place still in biz?
