I opened an account yesterday at the N. white Road. The Financial Services Representative Toan & his Branch Manager Lea were very thorough & very informative. Explaining all the ins and outs. Even additional financial questions I had. I'm new to the area and my circumstances were a bit irregular. However Toan & Leah worked with me as I did with them. I love my credit union however, I’m sick and tired of the system failure constantly especially when you call to try to check your account and you’re hung up on you can’t even get through the prompts to check your account balance, etc. it’s getting old at this time!!!
Great service! Great rates! I would highly recommend this credit union. They are very helpful and go above and beyond with everything that’s in their control to help with! I love this bank!
