This Credit union closes accounts for no reason, will not talk to anyone on the phone or assist it's members at all
Always take forever to complete my transactions. Online banking always logging me out and doesn’t let me log back in.
I have been with this county since 2017 and they offer zero incentive to bank with them. Please for your safety do not allow them to set you up for their predatory overdraft system as they will provide ZERO notice when you’re overdrawn and slam you with a $30 fee every purchase keeping it secret as long as you can. Any inquiry besides the basics were handled completely unprofessionally and I was even hung up on by a county representative when I solely wanted to understand what was happening.
