They are the first business to tell me that Zelle payments are not instantaneous. My son in law sent me money on Sunday September first. I am being told that because the 2nd was a holiday, the money will not be available until the 4th. Not even the 3rd of September which is not a holiday. This is outrageous and borders on fraud.
Good luck trying to withdraw more than 5000. They won’t have YOUR money ready for a week.
I have found my new Credit Union to be very satisfying. Everyone nice and formative.
