Pourquoi 3 étoile? Pas parce que le personnel n’est pas compétent, très compétent et en plus très attentionné aux patients. Le problème est au niveau des la chirurgie. Ma mère 85 ans Alzheimer et démence sévère. Elle est à Maisonneuve Rosemont et il l’a transfère rapidement à Santa Cabrini pour être opéré à la hanche. Il y avait supposément une place pour elle. on arrive en début d’après-midi et là on attend pis on attend pis on attend et rendu en soirée toujours pas d’opération pour la hanche. I went here on June 9th, 2025 after sustaining some injuries in a cycling accident on Gouin boul Est. They took really good care of me in the trauma center, quickly got my CT scan and x rays done and gave me a cast. I was out of there within a few hours. A few days later they called me to schedule follow up appointment. I went back, same efficient service, within 5 minutes I was getting my new x rays done. I waited just 2 hours at the emergency room today, likely due to it being a quieter season. I had an ultrasound and got the results immediately. The staff were kind and compassionate. I know many criticize the system for long waits, but that wasn’t my experience. Grateful for the care I received today.

Do not bring a loved one here. They will bleed to death waiting for a doctor. This is literally what is happening here right now.
