They do not even deserve 1 Star. They do not answer their customer service line, they give out generic answers with false information and blatant lies. They hold people's processed, reviewed and approved tax refunds from the IRS and do not release the money to them even though it's their tax refund. Very Fraudulent Company, pursuing every avenue to get them shut down and closed. Worst Company I've ever had to deal with in my life.

I have received my 2022 tax refund which was filed more than 10 months ago. The IRS processed and funded my refund and somehow my bank returned it. Over the course of 10 months I’ve filed Form 3911 with two different IRS agents. Completed Indemnity Bond forms for TPG with notary. TPG took 6 months to return the funds to the IRS and gave me a Green DOT yet the IRS still hasn’t received any funds from them what so ever. So frustrating when you file your taxes through a tax professional and the 3rd party bank can't find your state tax return. My return was deposited to them March 10th and after numerous hours on hold, numerous supervisors all they tell me is they are looking into it. They have proof the money was released to them and my federal taxes were direct deposited fine. No more excuses. Give us our money!

Tax slayer and turbo tax should be ashamed of themselves and after using this company they are going to lose alot of customers. Sbtpg has received my tax refund on 02/24/2022 I have never received it and when I call a check has been mailed numerous times...each representative has a different story to tell and yet I still have no refund. Next week it will be a month. It's not fair what this company doing. Warning before doing taxes make sure this bank is not involved.

I been filing my taxes with TurboTax for years this year same account same info now all of a sudden it’s the wrong account info I don’t even know the numbers that was on there where they came from guess it was THEIR system error since then they have been saying my taxes was approved and sent to my account 2/24/22 didn’t accept it wrong acct number error in THEIR system now I was told that week they was printing me a bank check and mailing it about March 1 so I called like hey what’s going on agent says we mail checks every... read more

I wish there was a 0. Customer service representative do not have product knowledge and are unable to provide me with clear directions. There is no direct contact to the shipping department, except via email. After two weeks of calling and sending emails, I have not received my initial supply of checks and is losing clients and money as a result. Could be easily resolved if SBT would send my supplies.
