Great customer service, and seamless installation. Representative Linda oversaw everything and followed up afterwards to make sure things were to our satisfaction. This was our second purchase. Highly recommend.
My experience at Santa Barbara Screen & Shade was pleasant and professional from start to finish. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful . My two pairs of shutters are beautifully made and sanded to perfection. It is great that the shutters were made in their facility in SBl All communication was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend SBS&S!
I worked for them a few years ago. To be honest, it was obvious one of the owners, Kim Miller, was racist and extremely biased. She made me translate for someone who spoke really good English, it's just that to her, any foreign accent was perceived as "inferior" and "bad" (in her own words she said the customer's English was bad, even though the customer's English was quite good and clearly understandable). We had an entire house outfitted with battery operated blinds. They worked with us to choose the blinds and take care of any issues we’ve had since. They have gone above and beyond and I would highly recommend their company. I would definitely work with them again
