I feel they do unnecessary work. I came in for specific issues that I could hear and feel, came out $2300 poorer, and the sounds still persisted. They apparently changed out two parts that were "due" according to some checklist, but again, my issues were the same. Said that my brakes were fine and that some cars just make noise when stopping. Mind you, the noise is a grinding sound when I brake in reverse. Don't think it is a location thing, but a Nissan thing. Will never purchase a Nissan again
