Best Service Ever and with a Smile! I recently decided to replace my gas gussling beast of an SUV with a sporty gas sipping scooter. I spent my time researching models and checking out various scooters in town. I've been to the stores where the owner was quite put out to get up off his stool to demonstrate a scooter, not interested in wasting time unless you're ready to buy then and there...and then there is the business owner who bends over backwards to satisfy his customers and give them the best experience ever. Satisfied Customer I was looking for a helmet cam and found a good one (Go Pro HD 1080p) at Santa Barbara Motorsports. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. He showed me some motocross action he had personally taken with this camera. I was impressed with both the camera and the store. I bought a 32 gb memory stick at Fry's for about $75. I highly recommend this camera and would return to this store in the future.
EXTREMELY PLEASED I cannot say how extremely pleased I was with the service I received from the parts and service departments at Santa Barbara Motorsports! While recently visiting friends in Cali, I encountered a couple of problems with my bike and stopped by SBM for a little help. Not only were the repairs made in excellent time, the final bill was surprisingly reasonable. Thanks guys!
Poor business practices and disreputable service I brought my scooter in for repair, because it would not start. They did not tell me about the $80 charge to diagnose the problem. I agreed to the charge and they diagnose a number of things to be fixed. I signed up for the repair. When I got the scooter back. It worked for one day, and then would not start again. I brought it back to them and was told I would have to pay another $80 for them to look at it again. I refused, and they told me if I did not remove the scooter I wo... read more
