Santa Barbara Monumental was responsive to our needs, easy to work with and did beautiful work. They took care of every detail in creating and placing my parents memorial Stone.
I’m writing this review because I truly hope no other grieving family has to go through what we did with this company. My family ordered a gravestone for our mother from Santa Barbara Monumental Co. in November 2024. We did not receive any notification that it was going to be delivered to the cemetery - we were told after it was delivered. And Ryan, who was handling our order, said the cemetery will install it. I am surprised not to see more terrible reviews regarding SBM... we had a terrible months-long experience trying to sort out a grave marker for my uncle who passed away in December 2024. We went in person one day to see Ryan and we were lulled into a false sense of security based on how quickly he seemed to take our design preferences into consideration.
