I actually switched BACK to this office from UCLA and Cottage, because they are more organized, and more caring and polite than both of those. They are not "patient navigators", they are people who answer the phone and call you by name. They call me back when I leave a message and don't send 15 texts and emails to confirm my appointments!! Yes they are not remodeled and don't have fancy interior decorators, but they are good people there and I'm glad I'm back with them!
Dr. Perrin is by far my absolute favorite doctor. Thank you doctor.
