. The wood does not come stained, treated or shellacked. There were no instructions on how to care for the wood or plastic. Therefore the wood looks awful after 2 years and the plastic double paned windows have water in between them. I called him regarding that and he said I didn't perform the proper maintenance on them
Santa Barbara Greenhouse We have not built it yet, but ordering and delivery was as noted on the website. The delivery company was unable to bring a truck to our home, so we had to go about 30 miles to their depot and pick it up, after we had paid $100.00 extra for a lift gate truck to deliver it, but this was not the fault of Santa Barbara. It was well packaged, and intact, beautiful glass walls and plexiglass roof. Hoping it is easy to build!
I have purchased 2 one in 1999 and the other in 2020 I have been extremely satisfied. Every piece fit together perfectly. Directions were outstanding. It is hard to find a company like this. Several neighbors have come by and are very impressed and are considering purchasing one
worst company AND product on earth. My 10 yr. old greenhouse that I've taken super good care of with Linseed oil and top of the line wood preservatives...is rotten -- Top to bottom. Rotten. Door fell off. Windows fell off -- this company owes me 10,000
