Absolutely fantastic experience. Our group of four made vases and drinking glasses and did almost all the work ourselves. Saul and his son are awesome instructors and clearly love the art. If you want a unique experience in Santa Barbara, stop by this shop for a class!
Saul is an incredibly talented artist. The workshop is full of his many amazing works of art. I appreciate the enthusiasm and kindness he has shown me, over the years, in creating glass features that I can incorporate into my metal sculptures. It is always inspiring to watch Saul and his sons at work in the studio. Saul, his wife Gina and their two sons all work together and make SB Art Glass a not-to-be missed spot when visiting Santa Barbara. We are lucky to have such a world-class artisan in town.
We came in simply to browse and appreciate the work, but instead Saul graciously demonstrated the art and taught us so much, a wonderful place to visit!
My boyfriend and I had so much fun at the Couples Glass Blowing Class! Saul was a great teacher and allowed us to do a lot of the work ourselves and even gave us a tour of his art afterwards! When we went to pick up our pieces, He gave us the example piece that he made, very sweet!
Had a wonderful experience taking a class here with my mom and sister the day before Thanksgiving. It was so fun, exceeded everyone’s expectations, and all our pieces came out better than we expected. Highly recommend!
