It was super fresh. I mean, you could still taste the sea fresh! You might not be used to the taste if you only eat store bought, extra processed stuff, but if you get the uni, you’ll taste how seafood should be. I loved that taste as it allows you to reconnect with how food should be, rather than what you get at a market. Try the tuna as well!!!
