After the PA shared some vague information, Golgert entered the exam room over 30 minutes late. She made no introduction of herself, which gave the first clue. Beyond that lack of discretion, Golgert never provided any clear insight about diagnosis or treatment. It seemed to be a struggle for her make a cohesive presentation. All in all, an unsatisfactory experience.
Dr. Golgert did my tonsillectomy. She is kind, attentive, and trustworthy. The office staff is great.
