RecommendedI’ve been going here for years! The service is so great, nice accommodating - and the treatment has helped with jet lag, colds, and some muscle aches especially after heavy workouts! I’m addicted
The ladies who run the company are really nice. Really great experience. It didn’t feel As cold as I thought it would. It helped relieve some aches and pains. I’ll go back again for sure.
Rebecca and Alicia are the kind of business people I have ever met. Not only do I really like call relaxing aesthetics of the place, I really enjoyed chatting with them and sharing the details of my life – it’s like a mini therapy session. I find that the cryotherapy helps with pain and swelling and leave me feeling really refreshed
Rebecca and Alicia both made me feel very comfortable during both of my sessions today. I was very apprehensive as to what exactly to expect . . but Rebecca walked me through the process. Rebecca is even faker than the rest of Santa Barbara and Goleta’s fake people (I know right, I didn’t think that was possible either)! Don’t do it, ice bath (just buy a bag of ice) is much better and everyone negotiates a different deal with super fake Rebecca.
SB Cryotherapy helped me get back on my feet. I recommend them to all my athletes and clients.
