Giving them a 5 in regard to their calling system during closed hours, the one in Santa Bárbara had a lot of background noise and the employee wasn’t as kind.
The city needs to drastically review the service of these so called nurses. These people have no sence of being compassionate nor being in any sence helpful to their community. I understand there are processes and proper paperwork to be filled but this is why these people are there for… to help!
