They cancel appointments and do not notify, they make you miss work so that in the end they say your appointment has changed time, terrible service and the bad attitude they give at the front desk
The person I spoke with over the phone was very rude, condescending and unprofessional. I've had numerous issues with this clinic since I started seeing them. If you can, don't go through them. I know this is a public clinic that serves a large population of people but let's at least have some standards.
I don’t know if anyone even works the front desk but every time you call to speak to a nurse or make an apt it takes up to 30minutes on hold and phone will disconnect. From 10am to 2pm no answer from them all calls lost. Very ridiculous
