Ramsin is responsive, efficient, professional, personable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He advised me on a suitable replacement laptop and then helped me set it up. When we experienced an unexpected power outage during my appointment (?!), he figured out a Plan B, made himself available the next morning, and quickly finished the process remotely. He cares about his clients and definitely earns his excellent reputation.

During a recent a recent family emergency, my computer failed and I needed it to be reset asap. Ramsin fixed the problem quickly (within an hour) of dropping the computer at his office. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with computer issues.

Ramsin is a miracle worker! and so nice and communicative and professional. I could not be happier to have found him in my data recovery specialist time of need. he saved some photos I had carelessly deleted off of a SD card; everyone I knew told me I had lost them forever. wrong! and his price is so fair and so much cheaper than the nationwide chains I looked at. never a bad tip to support local businesses, they actually care!
