Ramsin is responsive, efficient, professional, personable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He advised me on a suitable replacement laptop and then helped me set it up. When we experienced an unexpected power outage during my appointment (?!), he figured out a Plan B, made himself available the next morning, and quickly finished the process remotely. He cares about his clients and definitely earns his excellent reputation.

A superior experience with an experienced and professional computer expert and technician. Communication was very responsive. Results were positive and met my every need. Ramsin is very thorough and dedicated, finding a long existing issue unrelated to my current problem. His advice was sound and appreciated. Ramsin is a miracle worker! and so nice and communicative and professional. I could not be happier to have found him in my data recovery specialist time of need. he saved some photos I had carelessly deleted off of a SD card; everyone I knew told me I had lost them forever. wrong! and his price is so fair and so much cheaper than the nationwide chains I looked at. never a bad tip to support local businesses, they actually care! Ramsin is our local computer guru!! I bought a new computer and wanted everything transferred from my old one and voilà, he did an in record time and it’s perfect. Plus, he is an absolute gentleman. If you have any sort of computer issue, no need to worry just call Ramsin. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

Ramsin is a genuinely polite and helpful person. He helped me troubleshoot my laptop when I was having display issues and apparently has a magic touch because the issue did not appear when he took a look at it. He gave me some tips on making sure the issue didn't occur again and what to look for. He was also gracious enough to not charge me for his time. I will definitely be coming here again for any PC issues I experience.
