First, a warning... They take a photo of the front and back of your credit card when you check in. The place was absolutely disgusting. I stay in the Gold Coast quite a bit and thought that this time I would just stay in an ok place and nothing fancy. Stayed on the first of March for 2 nights. Had to leave after the first night and book a different place because of a strong smell of urine and a solid chunk of human waste that was left on a spare blanket. Stayed in Unit 1 run down and dirty Air conditioner leaking water on the carpet.. Curtains unwashed and mouldy .. Verandah had worms and grime around tiling ..Kitchen cupboard hanging off hinge .. Coffee mugs chipped.. Nearly $300 a night ..One set of keys given as No Management on site

Stayed for just over a week during the Magic Millions racing carnival and horse sales, a great/convenient spot that was close to everything. Good sized room that had everything that I needed and would definitely recommend to others heading to the GC for Magic Millions i the future. Staff were very helpful and easy to talk to.

Unfortunately Jetstar flights where cancelled, and we're stranded in Perth, next flight out is 4 days away. called to see if we could at least change the dates for our reservation, not have refund. The hotel wouldn't budge as they apparently wouldn't be able to resell the room. we even said if they could give it to us for 3 nights instead of 5. Still arent accomodating. 😥😥😥😥
