I started a new insurance plan with the Florida Blue HMO and the doctors from this office are in-network for me. I had an appointment scheduled for a few weeks knowing that I’d need to establish a PCP for referrals. Yesterday however I broke my ankle and went to urgent care who then told me to make an appointment with an orthopedic. After calling Florida Blue they told me I needed a referral to see one. ABSOLUTELY 0 stars the doctor is unreasonably irritable. He's definitely a questionable doctor as far as how he is certified. He does not know anything DO NOT put your life in his hands.

Can’t understand staff, broken English. Had stroke, heart bypass, issues with EKG results they did, said I had COPD. Didn’t get referrals for cardiologist, neurologist or ophthalmologist which I need. Only offered a temporary handi-cap placard when I previously had three of them and told them I needed a permanent one. I’m tired of going to DMV and paying for one every 6 months. I’m firing them . They don’t listen to patients.
