They used to treat me and do a good job. Now they won't see me even if my doctor is away and I still have the same doctor. My doctor is elderly and goes away a lot, I asked the secretary last time if I could go to Sante Kildare and she said no.
Je viens tout juste d’appeler la clinique à propos d’un problème urgent, et on m’a répondu en moins de 10 minutes. On m’a rapidement fixé un rendez-vous au moment qui me convenait le mieux. J’adore mon médecin de famille et cette clinique. C’est un vrai rayon de soleil dans le système de santé canadien. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe et à mon médecin pour ce service exceptionnel et pour me permettre de continuer à vivre pleinement, en bonne santé et sans souci.

Terrible experience with Dr. Thu-Hang Tran. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 AM and arrived early at 8:15. Despite this, I wasn’t seen until 9:05 AM. The appointment itself lasted barely 5 minutes. Dr. Tran was by far the rudest doctor I’ve ever encountered. I simply asked for a general check-up, and she told me there was nothing she could do for me. This place is a joke. Swipe as many cards as they can and in the end you get no help. Don't waste your time here and just pay to go private.
