Delicious Italian food and romantic atmosphere outside
Went on sun, aug 16 for my bday brunch. Francesca, the hostess was an A+ pro, kind, welcoming and went above and beyond to provide me with my requested table. She should be made the manager. Onto the food: it took over an hour to be served from the time I ordered. Not acceptable. What made it worse was my waiter was not paying attention, he was photographing cool cars on the street. There is mediocre, and then there is an experience so far beneath mediocre that the word begins to feel complimentary. I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio. It came with a piece of cork floating in it. I removed the cork myself, which turned out to be a fitting introduction to the level of care that followed. The beet and goat cheese salad was almost impressively devoid of flavor.
