On two different occasions the prescribing Cardiologists and their Physician’s Assistant simply needed to rectify a problem with my mail order pharmacy, Express Scripts, dealing with a vital blood thinner and a blood pressure medication they had prescribed, and totally ignored message after message from both Express Scripts and me. No action or response, whatsoever. So this is not a whoops slip-up. This is a chronic indifference towards their patients’ welfare. Avoid it if you possibly can! The place is a zoo.
The worst and most incompetent staff/service. Maria had a sour attitude and Donya never returned our urgent call. Maria gave me false information even though I explained the situation to her. True customer care and service would have existed if she had 1, listened and 2, called the insurance company on behalf of the patient because the information the insurance company gave conflicted with what the office system had. Dr. Ghosh is the Sherlock Holmes of cardiology. I was originally disappointed that I couldn’t see Dr. Shaffer again, as he was so attentive and kind during previous visits. His schedule is just very full. I met Dr. Ghosh and could tell from the first visit that he was a grade A+ doctor with incredible bedside manner. He took so much time to listen to my concerns and explain all of my test results clearly, in an unhurried manner.
