Waited 6 months for an apt. Day of, car wouldn't start. Had to reschedule another 4 month wait. Have seen them before and they are good once you get in front of them, so that's why I didn't give one star.

I was referred to Dr. Susan Mansourian and I could not be happier. I was diagnosed with a connective tissue disease (yet to have enough symptoms present for a further diagnosis) roughly seven years ago and had yet to have such a caring doctor who for once, I did not have to walk in the office of and pour my story and heart out (like I was on trial) explaining over a dozen symptoms that occur at different times and at varying levels. I cannot find a reason to agree with the bad reviews. I showed up late for my appointment and they did not turn me away. Doc is friendly and concerned about ALL aspects of my health.

I was excited to finally find a rheumatology department that was going to work! I waited 5 months to get in, and now it’s a game of tag to get any help. 40 minutes to get a person on the phone to get a 2 second response of we’ll get back to you. You use MyChart and everything is a mess, bouncing from person to person, information not being passed along. For a patient in severe pain this is terrible. Dr. Cohen in Thousand Oaks was a miracle worker in getting you treated ASAP, wish I could say the same about Sansum Clinic.

Very, very long time waiting for someone to answer the phone to schedule an appt.
