Expect to wait 2-3 hours for an oil change/regular service with an appointment. Some of the rudest service staff I’ve ever encountered. I already emailed the person in charge previously for two incompetent oil changes that I had to go back for. The ONE time I went after this, the manager, Paul was on top of it all. I thought things changed and I shouldn’t have to ask for the manager for every service, I was WRONG.
